Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled after cancellation.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers can request order cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.

Cancelled before dispatch
Refund will be processed on the next working day.
Already dispatched or in transit
Refund will be processed only after the parcel is received back by Vastraaone in safe condition and verified by our team.
If a prepaid order has already been dispatched and the parcel returns to Vastraaone, the forward shipping charge and return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund will be processed on the next working day after the parcel is received back in safe condition and verified.
COD Partial Advance Refund

For COD orders, Vastraaone may collect a partial advance amount before confirming or dispatching the order.

If the COD parcel has not been dispatched, the partial advance amount will be refunded. If the COD parcel has already been dispatched, the partial advance amount will not be refunded.
Repeated Failed COD Deliveries

If a customer repeatedly places COD orders and does not receive the parcel, Vastraaone may ask the customer to place future orders using prepaid payment.

If the customer agrees to prepaid payment, the order will be confirmed. If the customer does not agree, Vastraaone may cancel the COD order.
Cancellation by Vastraaone

Vastraaone may cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment is incomplete or payment verification fails.
  • Customer details are incorrect or incomplete.
  • Customer phone number is unreachable or inactive.
  • Suspicious activity or misuse of COD facility is found.
  • Customer has repeated failed COD delivery history.
