Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to receive the right product in the right condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

At Vastraaone, return and exchange are both allowed only when the issue is from Vastraaone's side.

Eligible Reason

Wrong product received — The delivered product does not match your order.

Wrong color received — The color sent is incorrect due to our mistake.

Damaged product received — The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
4
Defective product received — The product has a manufacturing defect.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for customer-side reasons such as not liking the product, a change of mind, selecting the wrong product, or changing the color choice after delivery.
Time Limit
A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
Saree & Blouse Size Policy

Sarees do not have a size issue. Vastraaone provides a free size stitched blouse where applicable.

Minor fitting, loose/tight adjustment, or alteration in the stitched blouse must be done by the customer. Return, exchange, or refund will not be applicable for blouse fitting or alteration reasons.
Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

A proper uncut unboxing video is compulsory for every return or exchange request.

The video must clearly show:

  • Shipping label on the parcel
  • Full parcel opening without cut, pause, or editing
  • Product condition after opening
  • Proof of wrong product, wrong color, damage, or defect if applicable

Without a proper uncut unboxing video with visible label, the request may be rejected.

Return Shipping Charge

If Vastraaone's mistake is confirmed after verification, the eligible return or exchange shipping charge will be paid by the company.

Refund Policy
  1. Refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
  2. Refund will be processed only after the returned parcel is received and verified by our team.
  3. After parcel verification, refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

To raise a return, exchange, or refund request, contact us with your order details and proof.

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number
  • Uncut unboxing video with proper label
  • Clear product photos
  • Reason for return, exchange, or refund
Final Approval

All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to Vastraaone team verification. Vastraaone reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet the above policy conditions.
