1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Pickup / Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we will arrange the pickup.

In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
