Shipping Policy
This policy explains how Vastraaone processes, dispatches, and delivers customer orders.
Order Dispatch Time
All confirmed orders are usually dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high order volume may be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Timeline

Usually next working day after order confirmation.
Delivery
Usually within 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer location, courier service availability, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Charges
Vastraaone provides free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping charge will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

For COD orders, Vastraaone may collect a partial advance amount before confirming or dispatching the order.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address at the time of placing the order.

If delivery fails due to wrong address, incomplete address, customer not available, customer refusing the parcel, or customer-side delivery issue, the partial advance amount paid for the COD order will not be refunded.
Mobile Number Requirement
Customers must provide an active mobile number with incoming call service enabled.

The courier team may call the customer for delivery confirmation. If the number is switched off, unreachable, incorrect, or incoming calls are not available, delivery may fail.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, remote location serviceability, transport delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any available communication method.

Customer Responsibility
  • Provide a correct and complete delivery address.
  • Provide an active mobile number with incoming calls enabled.
  • Be available to receive the parcel during courier delivery attempts.
  • Respond to courier calls or messages when required for delivery.
