Return & Exchange Policy
At Vastraaone, return and exchange are both allowed only when the issue is from Vastraaone's side.
Sarees do not have a size issue. Vastraaone provides a free size stitched blouse where applicable.
A proper uncut unboxing video is compulsory for every return or exchange request.
The video must clearly show:
- Shipping label on the parcel
- Full parcel opening without cut, pause, or editing
- Product condition after opening
- Proof of wrong product, wrong color, damage, or defect if applicable
Without a proper uncut unboxing video with visible label, the request may be rejected.
If Vastraaone's mistake is confirmed after verification, the eligible return or exchange shipping charge will be paid by the company.
- Refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
- Refund will be processed only after the returned parcel is received and verified by our team.
- After parcel verification, refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to Vastraaone team verification. Vastraaone reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet the above policy conditions.
